Physicians - David T. Vega

David Thomas Vega, M.D., has served as radiation oncologist at Montgomery Cancer Center in Selma since July 2002.

A member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, he has a broad range of radiation oncology experience at respected treatment centers across the country, including: Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York; Comp Health/KRON in Atlanta, Georgia; Covenant Cancer Treatment Center in Waterloo, Iowa; United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia; Booth Memorial Medical Center in Flushing New York; and Genesee Hospital in Rochester, New York.

Dr. Vega is certified by the American Board of Radiology in therapeutic radiology. He graduated from Fordham University and New York University Medical School, serving his radiation oncology residency at New York University Medical Center, and his radiation oncology fellowship at the University of California at San Francisco.
