Your Team

Physicians

Your physician directs the healthcare team responsible for providing your care.

Your oncologist has extensive training in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology/Hematology, Radiation Oncology or Radiology. All of the physicians at Montgomery Cancer Center are highly trained and board-certified. They have dedicated their professional lives to providing care to patients with cancer or blood disorders.

Because cancer treatment can be complicated, you will be assigned to a team of medical professionals. Knowing your care team and how they can assist you will help you to better understand your treatment process. The members of your care team may differ depending on the treatment regimen prescribed.

Medical Oncologists/Hematologists

Our medical oncologists/hematologists specialize in the treatment of cancer and diseases of the blood. The medical oncologists are responsible for planning and overseeing your chemotherapy and other necessary medical treatments.
