Accelerator Service Engineer

Accelerator Service Engineer needed for Radiation Therapy at Montgomery Cancer Center.  The Service Engineer will manage repairs, maintenance and service on Varian linear accelerators, will perform quality control and quality assurance tests for machine calibrations and maintain accurate records of inspection and maintenance reports.  Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience with linear accelerators, be computer proficient in related programs, be organized and able to prioritize projects accordingly.  Additional experience with high voltage circuitry, diagnostic generators, radiation safety, plumbing and mechanical systems is necessary.  This position will work primarily Monday – Friday, but does require flexibility in work hours and will take call.  Radiation Oncology at Montgomery Cancer Center offers an excellent work environment and competitive compensation and benefits.
